We add, remove and tidy licenses, so you are not paying for seats nobody uses.

- After-hours work is scheduled. We plan it with you, so nothing is a surprise.
- Projects are quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.
- Microsoft 365 licenses are billed separately. They can stay with your current provider.

Why is there no price on the page?
Your price depends on how many people and devices you have and what you already run. After a short call we send a clear quote in writing.
What is the minimum?
Five users and a 12-month term. That gives us time to fix things properly, not just patch them.
Do we have to move our Microsoft 365 licenses to you?
No. Microsoft 365 licenses are billed separately and can stay with your current provider. We still manage them for you.
Is onsite help included?
Remote support is in every plan. Onsite visits are billed in Essentials and Secure, and included in Complete.
What about after-hours work and projects?
After-hours work is scheduled with you ahead of time. Projects, like an office move or a new server, are quoted separately and in writing before we start.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Many clients start with Essentials or Secure and move up as they grow.
