Privacy notice

Your information, in plain English.

What we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. We never sell it.

The short version

  • We collect what you type into our forms, standard server logs, and visit statistics from Google Analytics.
  • We use it to answer you and prepare your free security check.
  • We never sell or rent your information.
  • You can ask to see, fix or delete it at any time.

01Who we are

Paragon MSP LLC ("Paragon MSP," "we," "us") runs this website. This notice explains what we collect through the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is covered by our client agreements.

Effective date: September 30, 2026

02What we collect

What you give us in forms. When you book the free security check or send a message, we collect what you type:

  • Your name, work email and company.
  • Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
  • Your message, your preferred way to be contacted, and the times that work for you.
  • Your answers about company size and what worries you, if you share them.
  • Your quiz results, only if you choose to send them with a booking request.

What is collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which also sees your IP address so it can block attacks and load pages quickly. These help us keep the site running and secure. We also use Google Analytics to count visits. See Cookies and analytics.

What we never ask for. We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers through this site. Please never send passwords through a form or email, to us or to anyone.

03Why we use it

  • To answer your message and reach you the way you asked.
  • To schedule and prepare for your free security check, and to send you the report.
  • To keep the website working, secure and free of spam.
  • To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

04How long we keep it

WhatHow long
Messages and booking requests from people who do not become clients24 months from our last contact, then deleted
Information about clientsFor as long as our client agreement says
Server logsAbout 75 days, kept by our web host, then deleted automatically

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See Your choices.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.

We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business: Microsoft 365 for email, SMTP2GO for delivering website form messages to our mailbox, Google for website analytics, Cloudflare for website security and delivery, and our website host. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
  • A future owner, if our business is ever merged or sold. This notice would still apply to your information.

06Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages help people. It sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and collects your device and browser type, your approximate location based on your IP address, and the pages you view. Google processes this information for us.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

How to opt out. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, and Google Analytics does not load for you.

07How we protect it

We practice what we preach. Your information is stored in Microsoft 365 with multifactor sign-in, encryption, and access limited to the people on our team who need it. Website form messages are emailed to that mailbox and are not stored in the website database.

To protect the website itself, a login protection tool records the IP address of any failed attempt to sign in to the site's admin area.

No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security. If something ever goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

08Your choices

  • See it. Ask what information we have about you.
  • Fix it. Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete it. Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Stop emails. Unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you more rights. We honor those requests too, and we will never treat you differently for using them.

To make a request, contact us below. We may ask a few questions to confirm it is really you.

09Children

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the effective date at the top. If the change is important, we will point it out on the site.
