Yes, in most cases. We move your existing numbers over, so customers keep dialing the number they know.
Do we need desk phones?
No. Staff can call from the Teams app on a computer or mobile. We can add desk phones or headsets for reception or anyone who prefers them.
What is Teams calling?
It turns Microsoft Teams into your business phone. Calls, voicemail, transfers and your business number work on any device where you use Teams.
What happens to calls after hours?
You choose. Callers can leave a voicemail that arrives in email, or calls can forward to a mobile on call. Holiday hours can be set ahead of time.
Who handles moves and changes?
We do. New hires, departures, menu changes and new numbers are part of the service, so you never need to learn the phone system settings.
